My life is built upon my faith in Jesus Christ and my ability to train high level athletes to perform beyond their own limitations.  I graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelors degree in exercise science in 2002.  Since that time I have worked with top level athletes in a variety of settings (i.e., the Tampa Bay Devil Rays, and most recently the top college draft prospects as they prepared for the NFL combine).   As the Director of Human Performance for DSC my skills continue to grow and I am currently in the process of receiveing my CSCS (certified strength and conditioning specialist).
