What exercises would help my surfing?

This all depends on how you currently surf.  The better question is "what does my surfing need?"  Once you can answer this question, then a program can easily be designed to improve your performance in the water.  Yes, there are general training programs and techniques that will improve your surfing and in the next few months DSC will post small tips and videos to help get an athlete started. But high level surfers require specific individualized techniques to receive a true benefit.
